We completed our World Book Day celebrations with a very well attended Reading Cafe within our Reception classrooms. Adults and children had time to work together within the classroom, developing their love of reading whilst enjoying a drink and biscuits.
The parents observed a story session linked to our farm topic and then had the opportunity to share stories with their own child, as well as completing different reading themed activities.
