Today we found out how fun science is. We explored the solar system, looking at all the amazing planets through the technology of Virtual Reality. We learned amazing facts about: Mars, moons, Jupiter, Saturn and loads more. We answered loads of questions and learnt so much.
Then we watched an amazing science show by Mr Brainstorm, looking at explosions, chemical reactions, absorbent material and electricty. We froze a banana using liquid nitrogen, and used it to hammer in a nail. Made a huge potato gun and shot it across the hall. We burst balloons, absorbed liquid using a polymer powder and made a lot of noise. It was excellent. Well done Year 6.
