Express yourself

Today as part of children’s mental health week we would like you to express yourselves.

Spend the day doing things that you enjoy. It can be drawing, painting, playing on your bike, playing football, singing, dressing up or dancing. Do the things that make you feel good.

We can all express ourselves in different ways and we will enjoy doing different things. Can you find things that everyone in your house likes to do? Or can you try doing something new with your family.
