This week we have been sorting the shapes from our shape hunts.
We decided to sort them by shape. Splitting them into 4 groups. We had 4 hula hoops to do this but you could just put them into 4 different piles on the carpet. We had a hoop for squares, circles, triangles and rectangles and as you can see we still found it really hard to find triangles! I wonder if you can find more than us?
See if you can carefully count how many objects you found for each shape. How many objects did you collect altogether? Which group had the most objects? Which group had the least? Did you find an object which has more than one shape?
