In nursery we like to play lots of games to help improve our memory and recall. This helps us to be able to retell stories and talk about things we have observed. Lots of our children struggle to remember things they have been told or instructions that have been given to them. Try this game to help improve their memory.
You can use a towel or blanket and take away one object at a time. If your child struggles to identify the missing item when you use 4 objects then reduce the number of items used in the game. If they can remember when you use 4 objects then you can either use more or take away two items at a time to increase the difficulty.
