Friday afternoon – we’re almost done 🙂
 
We would normally spend some time on a Friday doing PHSE tasks. The world is really crazy at the moment and not at all the way it used to be. With that in mind, I’d like you to spend some time practising your mindfulness – concentrating on clearing your mind and focusing on your breathing.
 
Please complete this sheet with a variety of patterns (some circles could be zig zags, waves, block colour, pointillism etc – just a mix of different ones), whilst focusing on deep breathing and listening to some calming mediation music on YouTube if possible. After you have completed it, I’d like you to write down any worries or thoughts that slipped into your mind whilst you were trying to clear it.
You can post them here, or keep them private – that is completely up to you.
