Hope you’re all well and staying safe.
Our music topic this term is ‘I am in the Groove’ and I know year 1 are brilliant at music so I can’t wait to see you singing, dancing and clapping away.

We will be working on Step 1 today, so first we need to do our listening. Click the first box and listen to the song. I would like you to tell me if you liked it or not? What instruments could you hear? and why did you like/not like it?
Then we are going to move on to learning the song. Listen to the song as many times as you like until you are happy that you know it. Then all we need to do is add some actions and we are done!
I would love to see you singing and dancing along to the song, so please post your performances onto your year group Facebook page so I can see – I will have my house points ready!
