Affirmations

Affirmations are mantras or positive statements of truth about who you want to be. Design a poster with your affirmation, display it somewhere you can see it, to keep you motivated throughout lockdown.

Affirmations are always spoken in present tense. They can be said out loud or in your head. The idea is if you repeat a statement often enough, then it becomes true.
E.g.
I deserve to be happy.
I am loved.
I am ready for the day.
Every single day, something good happens to me.
I act with courage and confidence.
I am confident, enthusiastic and passionate about everything I do.
I am eager to show the world what I can do.
I am going to be the best I can be every day.
I choose happiness as a way of life.
I create opportunities for myself to succeed.
I have what it takes to succeed.
I grow happier and healthier every single day.
